Virgin active Gatesville sucks

I am very disappointed in the virgin active in Gatesville. Firstly the hot water does not work. They say its water restrictions but what does the hot water got to do with water restrictions. The cold water works sometimes. Secondly the water was off completely for a few days. Why must we shower in cold water. It's not like it's summer even. Thirdly why do we have these old equipment and machinery and the other virgin actives have new upmarket equipment. We also pay lots of money every month. Are we being treated like this because we are in the cape flats. This is wrong. Something needs to be done about our old equipment at Gatesville virgin active. And also the showers stinks and reeks. Even a lot of the lockers does not even lock. Virgin active Gatesville is a very crowded gym and we have the least machines benches and equipment. Very disappointing.
