Virgin active funds

Started off with my consultant telling me i will get all these things, free a trainer and so on... Signed to the gym then it wasn't so. Signed my contract for a certain amount and then they sent an email saying now they are going to bill me more. Phoned them to ask them how is that legal when my contract was signed for a specific amount no that is how it is aperantly according to them. Okay 🤔 then they kept on billing me for an amount that i already paid causing my bank to think i am not paying a debit order but my statements show that it was paid. Now my bank account keeps, on asking for extra funds, because of the mistake of virgin active. I know what you are thinking just call them and fix it. Ha ha well I've done that and I've sent them proof and bank statements and after that they just disappear and do not get back to me. I've spoken to many consultants and emailed many each telling me a different bledy story. 😡🤬😠
