Virgin Active ****ing up my credit profile for no ****en damn reason.

Good day Mr Peter,

My name is Henry Shongwe, I am one of the virgin active loyal customer. I have been a client at virgin active since 2011 without any difault in my account until today my account is up to date.

The reason for my complaint it's because at the beginning of the year around March 2017 my ex girlfriend oppened a virgin active account under her name and because she wasn't working on that month l agreed to put my banking details until she got a Job.

The following month in April she did get a Job and we agreed that she can use her own banking details, she can phone virgin active and change them.

Recently about last week I went to the Gym virgin active Ecco Park and l was advised that my membership is suspended, and imediately I phoned the Head office l was told that this is due to Malegale Tlale's account l oppened for her.

So I told the lady what happened why my banking details are there and she unsuspended my account.

Today I wake up and I got a phone call from the lawyers regarding Malegale's account. Telling me that l must pay R6000 TO VIRGIN ACTIVE.

Virgin active are failing to get hold of Mel because she is not answering their phones and now they are passing the Buck to me.

I NEED TO RECTIFY SOMETHING , IF VIRGIN ACTIVE CANT FIND A SOLUTION ITS BETTER TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT MAKE ME PAY FOR TWO ACCOUNTS WHILE MEL IS WORKING AND SHE IS A 28 YEARS OLD GROWN PERSON WHO CAN AFFORD HER BILLS.

I HAVE A FAMILY , IF YOU CHECK MY ACCOUNT YOU WILL SEE THERE IS 3 KIDS WHO ARE MY DEPENDENTS JNR ,TANYA AND MANDLA . SO WHERE SHOULD I GET THE MONEY TO PAY FOR MEL.

IF YOU GUYS CAN NOT HELP ME WE NEED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP THAT I HAVE HEAD SINCE 2011.

YOU CAN NOT **** UP MY NAME WHILE YOU HAVE MEL'S DETAILS AND YOU JUST FAILING TO GET HOLD OF HER AND NOW YOU PASSING THE BUCK TO ME.

IT IS UNFAIR. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I DO THIS, I USED TO BE THE ACCOUNT PAYER FOR DIMAKATSO MATHOPA'S ACCOUNT BUT WHEN SHE STARTED WORKING SHE PAID HER ACCOUNT AFTER YOU GUYS FOLLOWED UP WITH HER. WHY CAN'T YOU DO THE SAME WITH HER INSTEAD OF ME.

IT IS VERY UNFAIR THAT NOW I WILL BE FORCED TO MOVE OUT FROM YOUR GYM BECAUSE OF YOUR COLLECTIONS TEAM FAILURE TO GET HOLD OF MEL.

CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS OR ELSE I WILL TEMINATE MY OWN ACCOUNT ON MONDAY.
