Virgin Active ********** transactions after cancellations

I canceled my contract last year June! 2019! Today 30 December 2020 I see a transaction took place. A year and 6 months later. What is going on? Why are my details still active on your side after I canceled my contract?! I expect my R540 back in my account ASAP! And I will be going in to the nearest Virgin in the morning and I expect a clear explanation as to why this took place. This is the second time in this year now.
