Last year some time Kevin Moodley from Lenasia Virgin Active has signed up a member using my banking details and provided miss leading info
i was not made aware i was liable for any payments and i was rushed into giving him my bank details so he could make a sale by signing up a member who had cash
i was told my bank details was just needed to sign up and this would than be changed to cash after the member has received the card , after they would change to cash .
on the 24th november i was involved in a motor bike accident and could not attend the gym due to surgery , and have been unable to meet with the Virgin active members
VVM has contacted me and i have provided an affidavit of the misleading membership
i have went under my 3rd surgery and i am recovering , i can not continue my membership with momentum and virgin being frozen for more than 6 months , nor can i sign up again due to a ********** membership
I would like to report Kevin Moodley at the Lenasia branch thats been using banking details of exsisting members to sign up new members
kevin has used my banking details to sign up a customer and misleading me to thinking he would rectify the next day
with his misleading info i have been handed over for an account which is not in my name , NB. my account has been paid up in full
due to Kevin i no longer train with virgin and have cancelled my benifits with momentum
i would like feedback on what action will be taken against this to ensure others do not fall victim to this scheme
