Virgin active Fradusters

I tried cancelling my membership in April but due to their systems been hacked I couldn't I paid for the whole of April I last went to the gym on the 7th of April now am told I am in arrears with 819 of services I never used they staff are very rude the purposely write false history notes and purposely hang our calls my experience with Lessly Botto and Monique Swarts was bad :)
