Virgin Active Finance Department - I would take them to court if I could

If it were not for my kids swim instructor who is amazing, I would not recommend anyone use Virgin Active in South Africa because they have repeatedly taken full gym fees for my eight year old daughter and she can only use the pool. I have spoken to many people in the finance department as well as at the local club and it cannot be resolved. This is not on and I cannot believe that no one can sort this out.
