Virgin Active Fichardt Park going South

My review pertains specifically and only to the club at Fichardt Park in Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa.

After having tried numerous times to raise awareness of my (and other members') extreme unhappiness with this club using the prescribes channels (speaking to gym personnel and the manager, emailing what I assume is Viging Active SA and corresponding with the manager of said club without any satisfaction) I now turn to Hello Peter.

Here is a summary of problems experienced: - Treadmills out of order/in bad state (dangerously so) - Leaking roof - Increasing number of personal trainers using up a lot of floor space making it difficult for the individual gymmer to workout. - Air conditioner on floor next to spinning studio.in disrepair. - Frequent problems with "signing in" - system down.

After having email Virgin Active SA, I receiving a response from the manager at my club (Virgin Active SA Cc-ed) claiming that all the problem had already been solved. This is simply untrue.
