Virgin Active

I am shocked at the level of service from Virgin Active. How difficult is it to join a club. I have sent several messages online for a sales consultant to call me back, called the online service number and a guy said "we are busy" and that is why we do not answer and I have called the Table View branch more times that I can count today and the answering service says to collect who you want to be put through to and then cuts you off. I am appalled by the service, or should I say, lack thereof???
