Virgin Active

I am extremely unhappy with Virgin Active. I cancelled my membership in December of 2024 and with that the reception told me I only owe my last month's membership fee and cancellation fee. In January and February I received messages from them sating that I still owe a full month's membership fees for January even though it should have been cancelled by the end of December. I called and they told me I owe the pro rata amount for the days in January my membership was still active. I paid that amount and they promised it is the last payment I do not owe Virgin Active R 1 but they were not willing to put that in writing. Today I receive another message stating that I owe them another months membership fee and nobody can tell me why...
