Virgin active false adverti*****ts and unprofessional employees

I joined Virgin active 19 January where I was told there's promotion for the month of January I was not supposed to pay access card fee and there months its on them which is January,March and April and their T&C I was supposed to attend atlealst 4 times a month which I did but surprisingly they charged me access card fee of R100 and they debited membership fee from my account today
