Virgin active false advertising

I am so mad at virgin active. Their consultant sells us a special package and then virgin debits the full amounts. The special is 460 for first month and then 240 for 2 months. Virgin went and debited 600 for the second month. When I contact the consultant jet say I must deal with virgin active myself. Like that is theft. False advertising. And then for month 3 they going to debit 600 again instead of 240. Why are they allowed to do things like this. And then get away with it.
