Virgin Active Falls advertising- Cash back Promotion

<p>In December I joined Virgin Active for me & My spouse and I was told by the consultant that there's a promotion running at that current time </p> <p>which part of the promotion was you get cash back which was supposed to R500 back </p> <p>I gave them all the necessary documentation including the back statement to show where account installment to be deducted from & was promised the cash back during the second week of February which never happen their explaination was that the debit order bounced so I withdraw money & paid cash & showed them that on the day they claim they debit bounce I had money in my account , The errow was a technical errow on their side & still now they haven't paid me the Cash back</p>
