This is such a useless club we are in March 2024 and this is my 2 complaint with regards to the above club Virgin Active Faerie Glen

And seeing that you did not respond to my first complaint I take it I can go ahead and file a formal complaint at the Department of Health regarding your studios not providing adequate ventilation nor circulation in your studios.

Your *********** staff refuse to listen to us when we complain that the air on is not working and that it’s way cooler outside than inside your studios

Do something for heavens sake
