Please note that Spring is upon us and that the temperatures in Pretoria is increasing and its no longer cold as if was in Winter. Your lovely staff at Virgin Active Faerie Glenn for some reason is totally ill equip to work an aircon during Winter they had the aircon on full blast now that the temperatures are increasing we as members have to constantly request for them to switch it on.

It totally baffles me that when they are fully aware of the times seeing that there's a schedule indicating the times for the classes they are not willing to switch on when there are classes and may kindly switch it off when no one is in the studios.

Kindly remind them to please switch it on during class.
