VIRGIN ACTIVE - FAERIE GLEN

We went to Virgin active - Faerie Glen on sunday 17th June 2018. We left our details with a consultant who said that they will contact us during the week with info for Club V. We would like both our kids to join club V and also take swimming lessons.

No one called us. I called the club on the 25th to followed up - after being transferred to 2 sales consultants, both no answer at their extensions, i was transferred back to reception. I asked to speak to Craig (club manager). Who assured me that he will get someone to call me with the info.

I did receive a call from a consultant at the club. I asked her to please whatsapp me the details, because i was driving at the moment. She do have my number.

No info was sent. I called the club again, the very next day. Spoke to Craig, who assured me he will follow up with the consultant.

Its now 28 June 2018. 3 days later and STILL NO INFO FROM THE CLUB!!!!

I even make a joke with Craig over the phone, saying :''if this is how long they take to make a sale, i am worried about the service we will receive afterwards''.

I am sorry to say, i would not suggest this club at all.
