Virgin Active Facilities Closure

Virgin Active Richards Bay are planning to close their toilets, showers, lockers and steam room from the 03rd of June 2019 to 25th August 2019. This is unacceptable as many people commute. I live in Empangeni and work in Meerensee, so I gym in the morning, shower at the gym and then go through to Meerensee to work. This is the case for many people. A notice needs to go up in the gym immediately stating the dates of the closure of the facilities and members need to have the option of being reimbursed for that time - you cannot continue to charge members the same amount and not have facilities. I spoke to a manager on the phone and was told that we could go to any other Virgin Active, however, the nearest one is 110KM away in Ballito. This suggestion is ludicrous.
