VIRGIN ACTIVE

Jesus Christ!! I really don't even know where to began, however Virgin Active call center is the worse place to seek for help, apparently I went to train at Virgin Active gateway as per usual aibo when I am trying to scan my card I couldn't swipe oak the lady from reception request for my ID number to check what could be the problem, it's shows that I have an outstanding balance of R2000 and some change they sent me home I couldn't train because "head Office" which is the call center didn't grant me a permission to train and didn't leave any note. The following day I called them to enquire they requested for a bank statement, I sent them my current financial history that was clearly showing that an amount of R1 089 was debited by virgin Active they said i must send the actual bank statement alright after work i went to get one at the ATM emailed Quinita Jacobs and Nelly Matwa, the was no response i thought maybe they are still investigating i went to the club to train i explain the receptionist she told me to call them and ask them to leave a note about my debit investigation. i did call one male picked up and said he won't be able to assist me since my case is already in someone's hands i will have to wait for Nelly to put a note so I can be able to get into the club when I told him to put me through Nelly she was not available she on the call with another person but when she's done he will tell her to add a note for me still she didn't or the guy didn't tell her. and today is the 12/10/2023 from Monday I haven't been able to train smoothly. yeah Virgin Active is a nice gym has good equipment's but most people whom are working i really not fair.
