Virgin Active ******ion Ring

I have been a member of Virgin Active for the past 3-4 years. I signed a 2 year contract that I made very clear to the staff NOT TO AUTO RENEW.

I was advised that I can pay on a month to month basis ( pay as you gym ). I moved to another fitness franchise recently better facilities, better service closer to home.

I was contacted about an outstanding debt of 700 for two months I hadn't used the gym. I told them my contract was not to be renewed and reiterated CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL.

I went to the keywest branch and spoke to Elana the club manager who said she will take it up with managed. Since then the 700 has doubled to 1400 under the watch of the club manager. She did not get back to me instead handed my account over to mbd debt collection.

She has not made any contact with regards to the response from management. Virgin active is hell bent on running up debt at my expense. But I refuse to pay what I dont owe not in this economic climate.

This institute has now become a mafia style institute ******ing and solicitation money from customers.
