Virgin Active - epic fail

I have had an absolute nightmare with Virgin Active Wembley Square. First my account wasn’t linked to my vitality profile but only after 2 successful debit orders of the correct amount was I suddenly debited 4 times the correct amount! Nobody bothered to tell me it wasn’t linked. Vitality told to me contact Virgin who told me to contact the gym themselves… after almost 2 weeks my account was fixed but I was still out of pocket by R900. I’ve filled in the form at reception to get my refund , 24 days later I don’t have my refund…

On one occasion I tried to visit the gym and had been locked out for an outstanding balance!!! I’m the one owed money here remember . That was luckily resolved fairly quickly ( 2 days..) and I lost out on my visits for vitality as well as my smoothie rewards cause they expired in the meantime.

There are so many things right with VA but sooooooo many things wrong 😑.
