Virgin Active employees bul**** me out of my property.

Virgin Active employees took my property and then tells me that there is nothing to be done. This comes at a great disappointment as I have been a loyal member of Virgin Active since the days that it used to be Health & Racket Club. I attended the gym on Friday 14 June and when I changed, I forgot my jeans on the bench in the changing room. I continued and finished my workout and subsequently went home. I then realized at home that I had left my jeans in the changing room. I immediately phoned the club, the receptionist confirmed that my jeans are in the changing room, to which I asked her if they can keep it for me and I will fetch it the Saturday morning. When I showed up Saturday morning, they told me that they left the jeans in the changing room on the bench and it is no longer there and there is nothing to be done. This is is unacceptable considering that I was willing to drive to the club and fetch my property - I live a mere 15 mins away and my phone call was 30 mins before closing.
