Virgin Active Edenglen is the pits!

So this morning I go to gym, 6 out of the 16 treadmills are not working at Edenglen VA. Pathetic. I have tried to email / speak to the manager at Virgin Active Edenglen for months, but he is never available. The machines in the gym have not been replaced since +- 2004 when I started gyming there. One can hardly see the numbers of the weights on some machines. The time on the clocks are incorrect! (new TV screens that was placed on the walls with completely the wrong time)! Nothing is being done at this gym to improve anything, in fact it is going backwards day by day and nobody seems to care about this. The mirrors on the floor have been removed and never replaced by the floor area. We pay our monthly fees to actually get nothing. I wish someone at VA would catch a wake up and do something about some of the gyms that are not maintained. The fees at VA is much higher than other gyms but the quality is much less. If the gym was not so close to my house, I would have left years ago.
