Virgin Active EcoPark : dont take ur kids there

I have been an on and off member of virgin active for many years. Never had a need to join another gym brand until the last 7 days. I rejoined Virgin active Ecopark last week with my toddler. Made the biggest mistake of my life. Vmax staff mishandled my child and tried to cover up. Even told me im not supposed to speak to their manager. Even **** that they called her while i was there with my screaming child with a sore arm. Manager assisted with footage . We concluded that i will bring her bk if she wants to so today i took her to gym and she refused to enter the kids area. We got cold stares from these staff members like we dont belong there. So yes im going to another gym and will not recommend this gym to any parent. Abuse starts small and at anytime. Luckily my child was able to speak up . I cant imagine little ones who can't speak for themselves and what these two staff members hv gotten away with. Pure wickedness. Richard Branson shud hear about this.
