Virgin Active Durbanville is appaling

Absoluteley useless. I requested cancellation a month ago, but it's still not cancelled. They doubled my son's membership fees because he turned 18. Never advised me that this will happen. He isnstill a scholar, and was on scholar discount. He is still financially dependant.

I just spoke to the sales manager at Durbanville branch. He doesn't seem to know the diffrence between the membership being in blocked status vs. cancelled status. Not helpful, just tells me to take it up with the online department. Yet, they told my son at this particular bramch that it has to be cancelled at the branch.

Nobody seems to know what it going in this organization. They take forever to reply on emails.

The sales manager told me that my son was on the scholar package. So, why would the membership double if he is still a scholar? Do they even understand that you can be 18 and still be a scholar. Thousands of kids are.

They keep on harassing him telephonically at school but they can't even change a phone number.

Useless club with old equipment and aircons not working most of the time.
