Virgin Active don't keep their promises!
My wife and I took out a gym contract in March 2015 and the consultant, Tyson who signed us up promised us two gym bags but after signing up he advised us that the stock had finished and the new special was free session wit a personal trainer, we told him we didn't want that he then advised that when the bag special returns we must come and collect, this morning on my way to the gym I heard that there was a bag special.I spoke to the sales manager, Mags who was very rude, and her personal hygiene was worst, he r breath was bad.She did not want to assist me and stated that Tyson who signed up had since resigned and she stated that promises mean nothing to her.She also stated that they do have stock of bags but this was for new clients as they have preference.I explained to her that I have been waiting since March for the bag she was very rude to me I then told her I could see that she did not want to assist me and this conversation was pointless and I left.People this manager was rude and goes to show what Virginia active is all about, when they want you to join they make false promises for you to join.
