Virgin active doesnt keep promises

<p>I got a call from virgin active collections department alerting me that i have a payment that didnt go through for feb. Therefore i made payment arrangements to settle outstanding amount at the end of feb, by paying cash at the branch and made it very clear that my bank account should not be debited. </p> <p>The agent was helpful and the arrangement was made as per the above. Now to my suprise my bank was debitted on the 15th of feb 2017. This is seriously annoying, what is the meaning of payment arrangement if you go against the agreement. </p> <p>Now my bank account is overdrawn. Standard bank charges R115 for every return. </p> <p> </p> <p>Virgin active you did the same thing in jan to me, i kept silent. Not anymore, reverse the damage you caused with my bank n settle the default fee.</p>
