Virgin Active does not keep their promises
I signed contract on the 27th November 2015 in Houghton by Henry whom I told that I did want a contract with Virgin Active but wanted to take it in January because of the commitments I had in December and He convinced me to sign it in November because the prices are going up in January and He said I must try and pay that R345 in December and They wont charge me for the month of January ....now I just received a call from your offices and when I tell them what he said they were surprised and they said I must call him ,I just called him and he is now denying saying it and I was also not told about all the fees that I was just told I'm owing (transfer fees etc.)

19 Jan 2016, 13:46Hello nonhlanhm,
thank you for taking my call. My sincere apology for the poor experience you have had on joining our clubs - this is not the way we like to do business. I have credited your account with the amount that was promised to you, because we really want you to get back into the club and to get active. Our club general manager from Old Eds will also be in touch with an update.
Regards,
Dave
