Virgin Active dishonesty and bad service

I was told that my cancellation fee would be only 2 months of debit orders by a sales Representative then it turned out that I had to pay 4 months cancellation, The sale rep kept on ignoring my calls when I asked about the 2 months agreement which was made, I’ve recently joined another gym and they were 100% transparent and honest with me. Virgin active was the worst experience for me.
