Everything was caught on camera. A random guy named Geovani attacked me from Behind. I was band including other people that was involved.<br /><br />All I want to know is why Geovani is back in the gym today? Is it because he is "white"? And I am not. If he attacked me from Behind and its on camera then he should also still be band for life.<br /><br />I feel victimized. This is very sad to see that Virgin Active, a big company, can be so ****** and discriminate against people based on there religion and colour.<br /><br />I took this matter up with my lawyer and he contacted virgin active after the incident but virgin active didnt want to give me a chance. Virgin active is a big organisation that think they can bully the minority, but this has gone too far now and is unfair, ****** and biased towards me.<br /><br />I am a muslim indian and Geovani was ****** towards me (it was clear in all the statements and on camera). Now i see Virgin Active is taking sides and being ****** as well.<br /><br />This has *****ed my name and reputation at the gym. I feel Geovani should have been handed the life ban and it would've been fair to me. Now he is in the gym and i have proof and eyewitness that seen him and im not allowed to gym at any virgin active.<br /><br />Look into this matter and consider giving me a fair appeal to rejoin virgin active again or ban Geovani for life. Be fair and not ****** to all virgin active customers in the future. If it cant be resolved then we should take this matter further, my mother works for SABC, I'll take it to the media and let my side be heard because I feel like a helpless victim.</span></p> </div>
