VIRGIN ACTIVE ************** AGAINST MENTALLY HANDICAPPED BOY

We have a mentally handicapped son. We joined the gym for him to go swim once a week and all was good. Price plan was great .... then he turned 18! And all changed. We are on Vitality... suddenly his fees shot up to R800+ a month to go use the pool for 20 minutes on a Friday afternoon.

**************!!!!! He has the mental capacity of a 3 year old .... for goodness sake! Why discriminate against him?

On requesting to cancel the contract we waited almost 3 months for an answer from Virgin Active... and the same day we receive a call from lawyers as they handed us over.... on numerous occasions we stated it was Virgin Active not supplying us with the info we requested.... now the lawyers phones us at least 7 CALLS daily!!! They messed up and a poor handicapped child is suffering the consequences.

I am sick and tired of being discriminated against because of my son. This is not fair!
