Virgin Active disappoints about handling legacy contract.

I would like to say i am very disappointed in the service i received a call from Virgin active on the 14/11/2023. I received a call from an agent named Tshego. On the phone call he required documents of my daughter who turned 14 on the 15/11/2023. I said she was on the old Legacy Contract and was not paying anything which was valid till she is 18yrs old. According to him that will remain the same that she will not pay anything and all the documents is to update her profile on their system. I then found out that apparently Virgin Active no long has this legacy contract and she has now been taken out premium contract at R260 some-odd which is due on the 01/12/2023. When i found out what was happening i recalled Virgin Active call centre stating that i would like someone to get the call that was recorded to prove that he said there would be no change to her payment details. I also asked that it be escalated and that Randburg needs to give me a call back. That was 29/11/2023. I have not yet received a call. I am not told that unfortunately the 5 day cooling off period has passed so they will have to deduct the premium and i will have to request a refund should i want to cancel my daughters contract. I feel that this was done in a very under-handed way with word-trickery and now everyone is saying it was a misunderstanding. I would like this to be resolves ASAP. I would either want her to remain on the old legacy contract which i signed up for when i started with Virgin Active. If this can not be done then i want my daughters contract to be cancelled with immediate effect and any premiums that are deducted to be reimbursed immediately.
