Virgin active disappointment 😞

Very bad service over promise under deliver , my daughter and i went to sign up as new clients , on our first day of appointment the staff was late . On the second day consultant was not available . On the third day , today . They will not give us our free bags and the reason was they need to count it , the same answer given to us on the first day .
