Virgin Active Disappointment!!

Such disappointing service from Virgin Active! I have been requesting to cancel my membership for the past few weeks and have constantly been told about a cancellation fee that i refuse to pay when they cant offer me any services now or in the foreseeable future. My husband has been having the same back and forth with virgin active about his membership and they have agreed not to charge him and processed his cancellation. How can two of the same situations be treated so differently??? Not to mention that after numerous emails i am now being told that i am actually in credit with them but they still want me to pay more!!!
