Virgin Active DeVille Club manager

The new club manager at Virgin Active DeVille (Llewelyn Cronje) is causing a unpleasant experience at the gym. He constantly enforce people to put their masks on, not asking them politely. He recently put up a massive sign which indicates that: no gymbags are allowed in the gym. I mean this is absurd. He then expects people to put all their gym belongings in lockers. There has been numerous times of theft in the gym, and is totally unacceptable, because he will be the first to tell you you put it there at own risk. Multiple children has complained against him for being rude. This is unacceptable and causing people to leave the gym.
