I joined vigin actin August 2023,they said I qualify for premium 50% discount become I was on vitality.during the year much I was told vitality has disconnected the 50% discount, now premium has went up 2x the amount I was paying, I went to virgin active brayston I spoke to Titus the Mananger he saisci should call Vitality ,the fault it is on there side.i call vitality I was told .she told me the instruction was sent late to virgin active as the system pick up that you were receiving the benefit that you were inelligle for. Not I am continuing paying the amount ,that we never agreed on .
