Virgin active dedicated extra money and canceled my Son's membership without consulting me

Virgin active just decided to deduct double costs of my account and cancelled my youngest son's membership without consulting me at all. I am canceling my membership and would not recommend that anyone join them seeing as they think they can do whatever they want with your money
