Virgin Active Debiting on Free Months

When joining you get told that specific months will be free and still they continue debiting on those free months, July also debited when gyms are closed when asking the branch i joined in they say call number on the card which i called twice and they seem clueless and promise to send an email and never send the email. The branch cannot even give you an email to get matters resolved. Its as if its a pyramid scheme where the decision makers should remain unknown.

I cannot be wasting my money calling your Call Centres and giving them my email address so that they email me and they don’t do it. Last time i spoke to Zinhle still no email whatsoever but am still being debited for free months.
