Virgin active Dawn park

Virgin active Sunward park, I was disrespected by the reception lady. I reported the matter they called me to come over after a paying for the first 5 days couldn't even train, went there twice and was never assisted. The guy that assisted me Gerald offered me what was already on the advert that if you join in May you get May and June for free. as that was in the middle of May.

The treatment wasn't what i was expecting especially at the gym with a big name. worse thing is I didn't reach my Goal as next month it's September. Please if you want to join there please think twice i was treated as if i am a second class person.
