Virgin Active Dainfer ****** attitude

This is the third time the staff at Dainfern Square have decided that they are the ******s of health and fitness (we all know how that ended) Virgin Active.... OK so my slops were not allowed in the gym because they had to fill out a form, that's of course only if something happened (so they are trying to protect themselves not me, I was willing to sign a disclaimer absolving them from responsibility but they refused so ok to keep the peace I bought some fancy shoes so they can feel happy and get off my back, I made a joke with one of the staff members off site and he made some snide remark about how "they"are leading us ??? who is leading whom exactly ?? VERY VERY weird you are dealing with the public and I am still the client. This is totally unacceptable but as a white person we have become used to accepting crazy behaviour pointed at us by politicians in this country, on that note why is there not one white manager in the gym surely this is not representative? its only the trainers that are white not ONE white manager?? Maybe this is where virgin is missing the boat a bit, surely one white MOD? 2nd I ask for the skipping rope and my card gets taken away because "other" people don't bring the rope back? ok but cant you remember who those other people are and ask them where it is and then you can charge them for the rope they bought from you? So ok I get my own skipping rope, ok now im not allowed to skip in a half empty class because the schedule notes the times the classes start? there is no note saying one may not stretch there etc. I am trying to skip and I literally look at the wall when I do this, its to cold to skip outside I will get a chest infection, …. this is the third time I skip in the half empty class, so why only does it get told to me the third time, ill tell you why its because I told the MOD that it is rude to hold onto my card so now they think they have to put me in my place. I want a place to skip in the gym where I can look at the wall so I don't get distracted, it allows me not to trip and helps me to focus on the sets, the aerobics area is the only place that allows for this in winter, but the VA staff think they must be all heavy duty about the rules, is it within the rule book for management to flirt with the junior staff? I find that quite offensive, if we want professionalism then best we start behaving that way. The attitude of the staff stinks of ******, and I am really not happy with the way I have been treated in this gym. My foot also suffered damage due to the insistence of the staff for me to wear shoes, my feet carry injuries from cricket and therefore slops are more comfy for me. I tried to humour the staff, but ive really had enough of the general attitude in the gym and I would like it to be addressed at a senior level.
