Virgin Active!

My husband received a call from Shapiro attorneys about our cancelled Virgin Active membership. No calls from Virgin Active themselves. During COVID there was a period when VA sent out emails notifying their customers that they will suspend debit orders then reinstate them when ready & CUSTOMERS DO NEED TO DO ANYTHING and now we are being hounded by attorneys? NOT FAIR VIRGIN ACTIVE! To add to our frustration the monthly debit order is deducted by them on a monthly basis. HOW CAN THEY SAY WE OWE THEM ANYTHING? We are also on Vitality so there should be no fees due.
