I am do sick and tired of Virgin Active changing there dates for the open gym for the holidays

I have been a member of Virgin Active since 2010 but only lately become a member of Red i remember the open days for Virgin Active was always after the first week of December till 15 January But now it has moved to 12 December to 2 January

It is completely unacceptable
