VIRGIN ACTIVE - CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE - USELESS!!!!

Let me tell everyone outright - trying to get hold of ANYONE at their Head Office is IMPOSSIBLE!! Always end up at a Call Centre and they just want to take messages and subsequently nothing happens. I/We have given up.

The story in short - I, and others, have been ****** blind at our Virgin Active gym. To try and get a conversation with anyone at Head Office to hear me out, or even at the gym itself, is a lost case.

I hope this is a lesson for potential people who want to join this organisation - take note - if you have any problems - YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!!!
