Virgin Active ******

<p>after 2 years of been a virgin active member I decided not to renew my contract as I was no longer using vitality and getting the 80% discount. A lady from virgin's retension's department, Zenga, called me to try and keep me on and she was relentless and eventualy she offered to freeze my account while I go try other gyms and in 4 months she would call to find out if I still wanted to cancel my membership. </p> <p> </p> <p>Fours months later I'm getting debits on my account, No phone call was made as stipulated when they tried to retain me. As I write this review another debit went off on my account. These are all unathoriesed debits</p> <p> </p> <p>Stay away from virgin active ******</p>
