Virgin Active Cresta

Hi me and my wife both train at your Cresta branch we redeemed our 26 weeks bags 12 weeks ago and still have not received them to date!!! I spoke to the club manager regarding the kauai and toilets always being dirty nothing seems to change i bought a smoothie in the week and the cup still had a takeaway sticker on and you can clearly see the bits of the brown drink that was in the cup before mine!!
