Virgin Active Cradlestone Membership Fee

I joined Virgin Active in December 2023. My membership is a Premier Youth membership over a 24 month period. The membership fee at the time of joining was R550.00p.m... At the start of 2025 my membership fee changed to R1370.00p.m. without warning. I am 20 years old and still qualify for Youth package. Even then I still signed the contract for R550.00 p.m. for 24 months and expect to pay only that amount for the duration of the membership. This is poor service and I want it fixed...
