Virgin Active Cradlestone

VIRGIN ACTIVE CRADLESTONE MALL !!!

Unfortunately, virgin active cradlestone has facilities that is not working & has been out of order for 3 + weeks to be more specific the pool has temperatures has not been working, maintenance needs to be done.

The answers I have been getting is " We are waiting for the supplier / contractor " ...... for what 3 + weeks ?

The other answer I have been getting is " They don't have stock " ....... ok are you using one supplier only?

The manager at VA Cradlestone, Winnie has advised me that there is not timeline for this issue to be resolved, after she phoned me once, she advised me with POOR attitude coming from a manager that I am welcome to phone head office If I am not happy with her answers ...... Coming from the club manager ? ? ?

I have been contacting head office dealing with an employee from the accounts department his name is Sham (Apologies if my spelling is not correct) he was helpful at the beginning sadly followed the same path as the club manager, I am not that has to call back all the time for feedback, he can't be bothered to call me with feedback that is all I asked.

They just don't care & we are paying membership
