Virgin Active Cradle Stone GP *****ulant joining fees!

We joined Virgin active Cradle Stone in Sep 2021. For 2 weeks we could access the gym. After this we were told that the Access is actually for Horizon View GP. I queried this and apparently the Sales lady 'Mohllanhla' . This membership was apparently only for the Covid level 2 period. To move to Cradle stone now will be a higher monthly gym fee.I went to Cradle stone in order to gym there not Horizon, she joined us on Horizon gym fees. I've left numerous messages with The Manager "Thabisile", the Sales managers and Virgin Active Headoffice to no avail. I cannot access the gym and therefor pay for something I cannot use. Is there anyone who knows the CPA process and contact details? Regards
