Virgin Active Corona Virus

Virgin active keep on hanging up on me when i want to freeze my account. With the current coronavirus issue there is no safety measures taken by virgin active. Unfortunately i cannot keep paying a premium on all national/international gyms when i wont be using it until the matter subsides.
