Virgin Active Cornubia - Pathetic service from staff and management

Virgin Active Cornubia.

I have been a member at Virgin active for 10 years and since the closure of Virgin Active Mountedgecombe , which transferred its members to Virgin Active Cornubia, i have received the most pathetic service from management and staff. Sales consultants do not provide the best options to its members, and when you decline their service, they tend to speak to the workers to make your experience miserable.

Exercise equipment is constantly broken and not maintained, Saunas and Steam rooms are always out of order. Reception staff are arrogant and do not make an individual feel welcomed at the gym. Fees have increased each year but the club has not changed, in-fact the club has lowered it standards.

the club manager (Mikhail Pillay) is never around when you request to speak to him about any issues. Fitness staff bully you to pack weights which has been there prior to using any machines, and they continue to have chats with friends, and do not acknowledge your assistance.
