Virgin Active contracts and policies are a *******!

This gym is such a *******. When you want to cancel and explain that you've moved and no longer able to use the gym you must pay cancelation fees, plus you had to pay joining fees when you join. 5 years I was with different branches, never missed a payment. When I requested they let it end when the contract ends, 2 months before. I now find out 5 months later it was never canceled and I'm liable for over R2000 for something I never used that was supposed to have ended and canceled. What a cheek! Nevermind their club fees a that are crazy overpriced.
